    You may submit your grievances through the following means:

    The Public Grievance (PG) Portal is an online platform where citizens, including ex-servicemen, can lodge complaints related to any government department.

    Steps to Use:

    1. Visit https://pgportal.gov.in
    2. Click on “Lodge Grievance”
    3. Fill in your details and describe your issue clearly
    4. Submit the form – you’ll receive a registration number
    5. Use this number to track your complaint status

    This portal connects you directly with the government for transparent and timely grievance redressal.

     

    The CM Helpline 1905 is a toll-free number launched by the Government of Uttarakhand to help citizens, including ex-servicemen, can register their complaints, suggestions, or requests directly with the administration.

    How to Use:

    1. Dial 1905 from any phone – it’s toll-free.
    2. Speak to the call centre executive and explain your issue clearly.
    3. You’ll receive a grievance ID for tracking.
    4. Your complaint will be forwarded to the concerned department.
    5. You can follow up on the status using your ID.

    It’s simple, efficient, and meant to ensure transparency and quick resolution of public issues.
