Applications are invited from retired military officers of the three services (Army, Navy, Air Force) in the rank of Colonel/Lt. Colonel and equivalent for the vacant posts of District Soldiers Welfare and Rehabilitation Officers in the Department of Soldiers Welfare and Rehabilitation, Uttarakhand, as per the service conditions mentioned in the Government Order No. 377/XVII-C-1/2025-9(63)08 Vh0lh0(E-20027) dated August 12, 2025. The applications must be submitted to the Director, Soldiers Welfare and Rehabilitation Uttarakhand, 15C, Kalidas Road, P.O. Hathibarkala, Dehradun-248001 by September 25, 2025. If Colonels/Lt. Colonels and equivalent retired officers are not available for the said positions, applications from retired Major and equivalent officers may also be considered. If qualified retired military officers are not available from the three services of the Armed Forces, then the eligibility of soldiers’ widows/former soldiers’ dependents may also be considered. Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format (Appendix-1 or Appendix-2 attached).
